CommandNet ID Cards provide another way to represent that membership.

Community Personnel Cards

The ID Card system creates fictional personnel cards designed specifically for MILSIM communities.

Cards can include:

Member Name

Member ID

Organization

Unit Information

Portrait

Issue Date

Expiration Date

Verification QR Code

Cards can be created manually or populated from supported personnel systems.

QR Verification

Each issued card can contain a unique QR code.

Scanning the QR opens a verification page showing the public card information and its current status.

A card can be:

ACTIVE

EXPIRED

REVOKED

The QR does not need to contain private personnel information. It simply points to the verification page associated with that card.

Expiration & Revocation

Cards support issue and expiration dates, allowing communities to manage them as persistent membership items rather than static graphics.

If necessary, administrators can revoke a card and the verification page updates immediately.

Replacement cards receive their own verification token.

High-Resolution Export

Issued cards can be exported as high-resolution PNG graphics.

That makes them suitable for:

MILSIM — Not Real Identification

CommandNet ID Cards are explicitly fictional community assets.

Cards permanently identify themselves as:

MILSIM / TRAINING — NOT A GOVERNMENT ID

No real government identification number or official government credential is being created.

The purpose is community identity—not impersonation of a real-world credential.
