    COMMANDNET CORE

Your personnel system should be more than a roster.

CommandNet Core is the personnel and organizational foundation of the CommandNet ecosystem.

It is designed to give MILSIM communities a central place to manage their structure, members, progression, operations, and service history without relying on a collection of disconnected spreadsheets.

    CommandNet Core can manage:

    • Personnel profiles and service records
    • Units and organizational structure
    • Rosters
    • Ranks and promotion tracks
    • Positions and specialties
    • Qualifications
    • Awards
    • Equipment
    • Assignments
    • Enlistment and discharge
    • Courses and training
    • Community forms
    • Documents and reusable templates
    • Deployments
    • Operations and patrols
    • RSVP and attendance
    • After-Action Reports
    • Report-In tracking
    • AWOL detection

    A Real Service Record

One of CommandNet Core's biggest differences is the unified service-record timeline.

Assignments, qualifications, awards, promotions, operations, courses, and other important milestones can become part of a member's permanent history.

Instead of information disappearing when someone changes units or positions, their personnel record can show how their service developed over time.

That means a member profile becomes more than:

    Name — Rank — Unit

It becomes their history within the community.

    Operations Built In

CommandNet also connects personnel management directly to operations.

Members can RSVP to operations, attendance can be recorded, After-Action Reports can be submitted, deployments can group operations together, and participation can become part of the member's service history.

Personnel and operations no longer have to exist in separate systems.

Progression That Actually Uses Your Data

Ranks can include promotion requirements such as:

    • Time requirements
    • Required qualifications
    • Training prerequisites

CommandNet can then evaluate personnel against those requirements and provide leadership with a clearer view of progression.

    Built Around Your Organization

CommandNet does not force every community into the same structure.

Units, positions, ranks, specialties, equipment, qualifications, awards, courses, and rosters are configurable around the organization using the system.

    COMMANDNET CORE

    Manage your people.

    Track their service.

    Build your organization.
